The world continues to wait in heavy anticipation for the start of the delayed 2020 Summer Olympic Games in Tokyo, Japan. In the United States, here's no team that American fans are more excited about than the U.S. Women's Soccer team.

Well, fans of the USWNT got some exciting news on Wednesday as U.S. Women's Soccer announced its official roster for the Tokyo Olympics.

The USWNT Olympic roster features some of the biggest stars in women's soccer including U.S.'s oldest women's soccer Olympian ever Carli Lloyd at 39 years old. Two-time FIFA Women's World Cup champion Megan Rapinoe and four-time Olympian Tobin Heath are a few other names to highlight this roster.

Check out the official roster below. This group will attempt to win the fifth Gold Medal in USWNT team history in just seven Olympics appearances.
