In just three short years, All-Pro safety Tyrann Mathieu endeared himself to the Kansas City Chiefs faithful.
With a Super Bowl title in hand, the impact of leaving Kansas City is not held lightly by 'The Honey Badger'. Mathieu recently discussed his free agency with Sam McDowell of the Kansas City Star, and shared a heartfelt reaction to the end of his Chiefs' tenure.

At the end of the day, football is a business. But that doesn't stop Mathieu's impending departure from being a bittersweet moment for Chiefs fans.
Fortunately, Reid's addition brings a similar level of ballhawking efforts from the safety position. The four-year former Houston Texan tallied seven interceptions across 53 starts, including a pair of seasons with 80+ tackles.
As it stands, the Chiefs enter the 2022 NFL season at +950 in Super Bowl Odds on FanDuel Sportsbook.
