While we've made it through bye week season, tough matchups and inconsistent play still leave plenty of fantasy football owners with a hole in the QB spot of their starting lineup.

If you need a bye week replacement, or are just looking for a looking for a potential upgrade, here are three quarterbacks, all owned in fewer than 50 percent of Yahoo! Fantasy Football leagues, that could be solid streaming options in Week 13.

3. Ryan Tannehill, Tennessee Titans (26% Owned)

Since taking over as the Tennessee Titans' starting QB in Week 7, Ryan Tannehill's 23.2 fantasy points per game rank third among quarterbacks. Only Matthew Stafford (26.6 in three games) and Lamar Jackson (31.0) are ahead of him in that time. That average would also put him at QB2 for the season, just ahead of Russell Wilson (23.0). He's been terrific through the air in those starts, tallying 1,276 with 10 TDs and three interceptions on 98-of-138 passing, and he's added a ton of value on the ground with 119 yards and three TDs on 23 carries. His matchup isn't great this week, as the Indianapolis Colts have held opposing passers to below-average fantasy production in 2019, but Tannehill's production means he's still a solid play in this spot.

2. Sam Darnold, New York Jets (40% Owned)

Sam Darnold's production has really picked up in recent weeks as well, notching 21.7, 25.4 and 28.2 fantasy points in the last three weeks. Those games all saw him draw favorable matchups, so he's still not any sort of must-start option every week, but this stretch of favorable matchups continues in Week 13. The Cincinnati Bengals rank 31st against the pass by Football Outsiders' defensive DVOA metrics, and they're allowing the third-most fantasy points per game to opposing QBs. The only team that checks in at worse in pass defense DVOA is the Miami Dolphins, who Darnold also gets to face in Week 14, giving him some extra upside as a top streaming option for the next two weeks.

1. Nick Foles, Jacksonville Jaguars (33% Owned)

One of the few matchups that may be better than playing the Bengals is the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, who have given up the second-most fantasy points to the position and check in at 30th in pass defense DVOA. We only have a two-game sample to draw on from Nick Foles as the Jacksonville Jaguars' starting QB, since he went down early in Week 1, but his fantasy numbers have been solid despite drawing some tough matchups. He finished as QB13 with 14.9 points against the Titans' last week, and his 17.8 in Week 11 were good for QB11. Coming into his softest matchup of the season, Foles is up to QB10 in our Week 13 fantasy football rankings.
