Los Angeles Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert continues to turn heads as a rookie. Herbert is coming off an impressive Week 11 performance in the Chargers' win over the New York Jets, throwing for 366 yards and 3 TDs.

The sixth overall pick in this year's draft has caught the attention of QB great Tony Romo, who said recently that he knew Herbert was special after seeing him play only a couple of NFL drives.

Romo has enjoyed a resurgence in popularity as announcer, showing his knack for calling plays before they happen. Perhaps his psychic abilities extend to the realm of talent evaluation as well.
