There's a few certainties in life other than just death and taxes. The main addition to this list includes Tom Brady dominating at quarterback, no matter what age he is.

In his age 44 season, Brady dominated for the second straight week to kick off the 2021 NFL season. Brady has led the defending champion Tampa Bay Buccaneers to two wins and is already putting up an impressive stat line start to his season.

Despite the impressive start, Brady is being majorly disrespected in his odds to win the NFL MVP award on FanDuel Sportsbook. The three-time MVP entered the year with +1400 odds and while his odds have improved to +700 after Week 2, he still ranks third behind Patrick Mahomes and Kyler Murray.

MVP Odds

In two games, Brady is all over the top-10 league rankings for quarterbacks. Father time is no match for the 44-year-old quarterback. Brady leads the league with 9 touchdown passes through two games (while throwing just 2 interceptions. He also ranks fifth in passing yards (655), seventh in quarterback rating (113.3) and eighth in QBR (64.8).

Of the top three quarterbacks and MVP favorites, only Brady and Murray are off to perfect 2-0 starts. Mahomes dropped a contest to the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday night. Additionally, neither Mahomes nor Murray have matched Brady's touchdown rate.

With nine touchdowns through two weeks, Brady is on pace to throw more than 70 touchdown passes in 2021. Peyton Manning owns the record of 55 touchdown passes in a single season, but that record is very much in jeopardy if Brady keeps up his ridiculous pace, especially with a 17th game added to the schedule now.

Brady hasn't won an MVP award since 2017 with the New England Patriots. After his impressive start, it's time for the greatest quarterback of all time to start getting some more respect in the MVP odds.
