T.Y. Hilton Injury Update Leaves Status for Week 9 Matchup With Ravens in Doubt

The Colts star wide receiver T.Y. Hilton hasn't exactly put up the monster numbers as he has in years past, but he still remains the team's top talent at the position. Although, it looks like Indianapolis will be without its star wideout as it prepares for the Week 9 matchup against the Baltimore Ravens.

Head coach Frank Reich revealed on Friday that Hilton will be listed as doubtful on the injury report, leaving big question marks around his chances to suit up.

In seven games this season, Hilton has only amassed 251 receiving yards on 22 catches, and has yet to catch a single touchdown pass.

Some of Indy's other receivers have seen better performances, but Hilton is still viewed as the team's best pass-catcher and being on the field without him against a very stout Ravens defense could spell big problems for this Colts offense.

While nothing concrete has been decided in terms of Hilton's Sunday status, it would be wise to monitor this situation right up until game time or until something definitive is confirmed by the team.
