Orioles 2022 MLB Schedule Revealed

While the 2021 MLB season rolls on, some teams are already looking forward to next year. Be it unfortunate injury luck or just a tough spot in the standings, the idea of a fresh chapter is exciting for some teams to envision.

On Tuesday, the league released its official 2022 schedule. Regardless of place in the standings, it's fun for baseball fans to start thinking about next year. The schedule will kick off on Thursday, March 31, 2022, with all 30 teams in action.

Some other notable schedule dates include the 2022 MLB All-Star Game, scheduled for July 19 at Dodger Stadium. Additionally, Jackie Robinson Day on April 15 features a full slate with all 30 teams playing.

One team that may be particularly excited about the 2022 campaign is the Baltimore Orioles. Currently, Baltimore remains 25.5 games back in the AL East standings and 21.0 games back in the Wild Card race.

The Orioles will host their home opener on Opening Day against the Toronto Blue Jays. Baltimore ends the 2022 campaign visiting the New York Yankees from Sept. 30-Oct. 1.
