The No. 2-seed Denver Nuggets have found themselves in a surprising 2-1 series hole to the No. 7-seed San Antonio Spurs through three games in the first round of the Western Conference playoffs. This makes Saturday night's Game 4 showdown a pivotal result for the Nuggets before they take the series back to Denver for Game 5.

The Spurs are 4-point favorites at home in San Antonio, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.

Mile High Sports

T.J. McBride, of Mile High Sports, liked the Nuggets to win this win this series against the Spurs, 4-1. While the Spurs have already stolen one more game than he was expecting, McBride believes Denver still has the best player of this series in Nikola Jokic, who should be able to carry the Nuggets to the next round.

Spurs Zone

Derek Machen, of Spurs Zone, is also taking the Nuggets to close out this series on top, 4-2. Similar to McBride's reasoning, Machen also attributes the biggest advantage of either team in this series as Denver's talented passing big man in Jokic.

Nightfall News

Nightfall News is rolling with Denver to win, but thinks it will be much closer than both of the other two expert opinions highlighted above. Nightfall News believes the Nuggets will survive, 4-3, to advance over the Spurs in this series. Their staff thinks Denver's size advantage and incredible play at home this season will be just enough to win in a Game 7.

Overall, despite San Antonio's early 2-1 series lead, all three of the expert opinions highlighted here are going with Denver to come out on top, with one prediction for five games, six games and seven games in this series.
