NFL Training Camp Dates 2021: When Does Training Camp Start for the NFL?

It may be cliché at this point, but the NFL really is a year-round league. From the opening of free agency to the NFL Draft to OTAs and training camp, even the offseason is full of major events.
Training camp is one of the surest signs that the season is approaching, as teams look to narrow down their rosters, get young players acclimated to the NFL and sort out their starting lines.
Here's a look at the NFL training camp schedule for the 2021 season.
NFL Training Camp Dates 2021
For the first time in NFL history, there will be a unified, league-wide start date for training camp on Tuesday, July 27, 2001.
There will be only three exceptions to this date. The Dallas Cowboys and Pittsburgh Steelers will be eligible to report to training camp as early as Wednesday, July 21, 2021 because they play in the Hall of Fame Game on August 5. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers, as the reigning Super Bowl champs and participants in the Thursday, September 9 regular season opener, can report as early as July 24.
Fans at NFL Training Camp 2021
