3 Most Likely Destinations for Ndamukong Suh in Free Agency

As a first-time Super Bowl champion, the 34-year-old Ndamukong Suh has a chance to call it a career and walk off into the sunset. If he did, it'd be a storybook ending for the former No. 2 overall pick. He decimated the Kansas City Chiefs' offensive line in Super Bowl LV to the tune of 2 QB hits and a game-high 1.5 sacks, also landing one of the hardest hits we've ever seen Patrick Mahomes take.
Of course, no one would be shocked to see Suh elect to lace them up for another year. If he returns, here are the three most likely destinations for the five-time Pro Bowler in free agency.
Ndamukong Suh Free Agency
3. Tennessee Titans
Unless he gets some sort of massive offer, which feels unlikely, it's tough to see Suh playing for any team that isn't a contender. The Tennessee Titans should have no trouble making the postseason again in 2021, and Suh can really help this organization. Tennessee generated pressure at the second-lowest rate in the league last season. Having Suh rush the passer from the interior alongside burgeoning star Jeffery Simmons would be a way to fix that in a hurry. Plus, Suh's nasty, hard-hitting style would mesh perfectly with the culture Mike Vrabel has built in Tennessee.
2. Cleveland Browns
Another contender out of the AFC, Suh would be a great fit in Cleveland as well. The Browns are likely going to lose Olivier Vernon, who is set to hit free agency after rupturing his Achilles. Having Suh and Sheldon Richardson on the interior with Myles Garrett off the edge could be downright scary for opposing offenses. Coming off a Super Bowl victory, and his second appearance in the past three seasons, Suh could bring a winning mentality to a franchise that's finally on the upswing.
1. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
But it feels like the likeliest outcome for Suh is staying put. Unless he's looking for a big-money deal, which he's unlikely to get anyway, signing a team-friendly contract in Tampa Bay would give him the best chance to win. We've already seen how dangerous he can be while wreaking havoc on the Bucs' D-Line, so why wouldn't he want to run it back? Signing Suh on the cheap is a good way to ensure this defense doesn't lose a step in 2021.
