Melvin Gordon Fantasy Outlook for Week 5 Destroyed With Broncos-Patriots Game Postponed

Melvin Gordon has been a solid fantasy football producer in his first season with the Denver Broncos. He's racked up at least 80 yards from scrimmage and found the end zone three times in four games.
News broke on Sunday morning that the Broncos' Week 5 matchup against the New England Patriots has been postponed, however, so fantasy managers need to get Gordon out of their starting lineups.
Here’s the plan, per sources, which is tied to Tennessee being able to play:

?Broncos-Patriots next Sunday.
?Week 8 (what was supposed to be Denver bye): Chargers at Broncos.
?Week 11 (scheduled Miami bye) Dolphins at Broncos.
This news doesn't come long after the game was already postponed from Sunday to Monday in Week 5, and an additional positive COVID test in the Patriots organization on Sunday morning sealed the deal.
This game is now being scheduled for Week 6, while Week 5 will count as the Broncos' by week.
That means, of course, that Gordon will not earn any fantasy points this week. Disappointed fantasy managers aren't alone, either, as Gordon himself is frustrated with the situation.
The good news is, however, that the Broncos' bye week being moved means that fantasy managers with Gordon on their team now won't be missing him in Week 8, when their bye week was previous scheduled.
If you're scrambling for a last-minute waiver wire replacement, consider Justin Jackson.
