After taking his team to the NFC Championship in 2019 and getting off to a 3-0 start in the 2020 season, it's safe to say head coach Matt LaFleur has gotten off to a great start to his tenure with the Green Bay Packers.

In fact, his 16-3 record through his first 19 games as an NFL head coach marks the most successful record through that stretch in league history.

Despite some close games last season, LaFleur still led the Packers to a 13-3 record last year with an NFC North title to go along with it. Green Bay then went on to defeat the Seattle Seahawks to advance to the NFC Championship Game, where they were defeated by the San Francisco 49ers.

LaFleur and the Packers have already handled the division-rival Detroit Lions and Minnesota Vikings this season while their 37-30 victory over the New Orleans Saints in Week 3 solidified their status among the NFL's elite.

As the head coach of one of the league's most storied franchises, owning the mark for the best record through your first 19 games in Packers' history would have been impressive in and of itself.

But the fact that LaFleur's record is tied for the best mark in NFL history makes this achievement even more incredible.
