Alex Bregman Injury Update
Bregman will be activated from the injured list on Wednesday, which is great news for Astros fans. His last game appearance was all the way back on June 16, but he'll finally be able to make his return to the lineup after more than two months.
Bregman's reemergence should be a massive boost for his team down the stretch. The two-time All-Star recorded 7 home runs and 34 RBI across 59 games before his absence. He's also slashing .275/.359/.428 on the year.
The Astros have a solid 4.5-game lead over the Oakland Athletics for first place in the division. They are favorites to win the AL West at -800 odds, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.
