Kenny Golladay Injury Update Improves Week 3 Fantasy Outlook

The Detroit Lions have had a disappointing start to the season, blowing leads in both games. Still, they have had some bright moments, and their offense's outlook is high in Week 3 against the Arizona Cardinals, with wide receiver Kenny Golladay expected to make his season debut.
After a strong week of practice, #Lions top WR Kenny Golladay (hamstring) is set to make his 2020 debut vs. the #AZCardinals, source said. He was listed as questionable.

Kenny Golladay Fantasy Football Outlook
As the go-to wide receiver for Matthew Stafford, Golladay's presence has been missed, and his return should allow the Lions to improve their passing downfield. Stafford's average depth of target (aDOT) is down to 8.3 in 2020 after leading the league with a 10.6 aDOT in 2019.
Golladay has been battling a hamstring injury since training camp. While he is expected to play, it does not sound like the restrictions will be fully lifted. Golladay even admitted he's not at 100 percent yet.

Still, a limited Golladay is an upgrade over what they have been playing with. Last season, he finished with 1,190 yards and 11 touchdowns, despite only playing eight games with Stafford throwing him the ball.
Golladay is safe to fire up as a low-end WR1 this week, and we have him ranked as the WR8 in our Week 3 PPR rankings.
