The Tennessee Titans weathered through injuries to capture the No. 1 seed in the AFC for the NFL Playoffs. Wide receiver Julio Jones faced his share of health struggles throughout the year, but he'll now get an extra week of rest before Tennessee suits up in the Divisional Round.

Jones' latest quote should get Titans fans hyped.

The veteran wideout knows his 2021 campaign wasn't up to his standards, but he's confident he'll step up when it matters most. Jones has essentially dared opposing defenses to not take him seriously as a threat, which shows his confidence heading into the playoffs.

Jones' numbers dropped across the board with injuries limiting his impact this season. He saw just 48 targets across 10 games, turning those into 31 receptions, 434 yards and 1 TD.

That's not what Tennessee hoped to get out of the future Hall-of-Famer, but this week of rest during the Wild Card round could be just what Jones needed. If he can regain his old form opposite of A.J. Brown, the Titans' offense could be lethal, especially with Derrick Henry returning from his own injury.

Tennessee owns +850 odds to win the Super Bowl, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.
