Julio Jones Already Having Big Impact on Titans' Offense

When news came out about the Julio Jones blockbuster trade to the Tennessee Titans, it sent shockwaves across the NFL world. Now, Jones is sending his own shockwaves throughout the Titans' offense, in the best way possible.
According to another new wideout on Tennessee's roster, Josh Reynolds, his new teammate, Jones is already making a big impact on the offense.

Reynolds signed with the Titans back in March and had his eyes set on the No. 2 wide receiver position on the depth chart, behind standout receiver A.J. Brown. Obviously, that changed with the addition of a seven-time Pro Bowler in Jones. But, Reynolds is still more than thrilled to be working alongside the future Hall of Famer this offseason.
“I mean, you can just tell he’s out there to win and he doesn’t care who he gives information to. He’s going to give it to everybody — whether you’re a first-year guy, a free agent, it doesn’t really matter. He’s trying to get everybody better. So a guy like that is tremendous for the team.”

Clearly, Jones has come into this offense with the intention on holding everyone accountable. This is welcome news for the Titans, who look to build on their recent success with two straight playoff appearances. Tennessee finished with the second-best rushing attack in all of football last season (168.1 yards per game), but ranked just 23rd with 228.3 yards per game through the air.
Jones brings another All-Pro caliber threat to the Titans' receiving corps. In 10 NFL seasons, Jones has racked up close to 13,000 receiving yards and 60 touchdowns. He's recorded 1,300+ receiving yards in seven different seasons and joins another stud wideout in Brown. Brown, a second-year wideout, owns back-to-back seasons with 1,000+ yards and 19 total touchdowns.
The veteran leadership should play a big and positive impact on this Titans roster, who enters the 2021 season with +2800 odds to win the Super Bowl on FanDuel Sportsbook.
