The shortened 2020 MLB season has been a strange one, but it also brought us one of the most universally beloved moments in baseball that we've seen in quite some time — Joe Kelly mocking Carlos Correa and the Houston Astros.
His famous 'pouty face' directed at Correa instantly elevated him to fame as one of the season's most prominent players, and now his family is getting in on the fun. Check out these shirts his kids were wearing on Sunday.
Of course, it would be selling Kelly short to say this situation was the only notable part of his season. He and the Los Angeles Dodgers will be playing in Game 1 of the NLCS on Monday, and the 32-year-old Kelly was terrific when called upon in the regular season, posting a 1.80 ERA across his 12 appearances.
FanDuel Sportsbook has the Dodgers as +150 favorites to win the World Series, while the much-maligned Astros are a distant last-place in the odds, at +700.
