The Green Bay Packers have gotten off to yet another great start to the season in 2020 behind MVP-caliber play from their star quarterback Aaron Rodgers heading into Week 14.

Green Bay currently sits at an impressive 9-3 split through 12 games played as the Packers are eyeing an NFC North matchup with the Detroit Lions, coming in as convincing 7.5-point favorites on the road in Motor City this Sunday, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.

However, there's a lot more at stake than just a 10th win this weekend for Green Bay. While there are still four games left to be played on this year's regular-season schedule, the Packers could actually clinch a postseason berth and home game if all of the following fall into place.

So, there are two separate scenarios that could play out for this to happen, but both of them require a win at Detroit this Sunday. With that win, Green Bay simply needs a Minnesota Vikings' loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers or an Arizona Cardinals' loss to the New York Giants.

As far as likelihood goes tied to the oddsmakers' opinions, the Vikings' loss to Tampa Bay on the road is the much more probable candidate here as Minnesota enters the weekend as 6.5-point road underdogs against Tom Brady and the Bucs.

Despite being 3-point road underdogs to Arizona, the Giants have won four straight games and are fresh off a shocking upset win over the Seattle Seahawks this past weekend. That being said, with a win over Detroit, Packers fans should be rooting for the Bucs and/or Giants immediately afterward.
