Gilberto Ramirez vs Gabe Rosado Prediction & Best Bet

I fully expect Ramirez to come out swinging after his first-ever defeat. Fortunately for him, Rosado looks vulnerable. The 37-year-old orthodox boxer has lost 11 of his last 18 fights and has dropped three straight ahead of his upcoming bout.

Ramirez also has a physical advantage over his upcoming opponent. He stands more than three inches taller than Rosado and also possesses a 3.5-inch reach advantage as well. Needless to say, it's going to be hard for Rosado to get much going — especially with his being about six years older as well.

While a Ramirez victory is as close to a lock as you can get, there isn't much value on the moneyline. Instead of taking him winning by KO/TKO at -330, I'll go with Ramirez to win between Rounds 7 and 12. On top of Ramirez finishing four of his last five opponents, three of Rosado's four career knockout losses occurred after the seventh round started.

Rosado will hang in there for the first half of the fight, but Ramirez will find a way to put him down as time goes on.

Bet: Gilberto Ramirez to Win in Rounds 7 to 12 (-120)
