This year's March Madness has been one of the more thrilling NCAA Tournaments in recent history. The West Region's Duke Blue Devils have returned to the Final Four for the first time since 2015 as they attempt to win it all in head coach Mike Krzyzewski's final season behind the bench.

Duke National Championship Odds
FanDuel Sportsbook is currently favoring Duke to win this year's March Madness tournament at +160 odds. If successful, it would be the Blue Devil's first National Championship since 2015 as well.
Duke has worked hard after defeating CSU Fullerton in the Round of 64. Since that opening-round matchup, the Blue Devils have gone on to defeat No. 7 Michigan State, No. 3 Texas Tech and No. 4 Arkansas.
Duke will face another difficult matchup when it faces the UNC Tar Heels in the Final Four. Although the Blue Devils are the higher seed, they actually lost to the Tar Heels, 94-81, the last time the two long-time rivals met on March 5.
Duke's Final Four matchup against UNC will air on TBS at 8:49 p.m. EST on Saturday, April 2 from the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana. As it stands, the Blue Devils are the 4-point favorite, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.
