Darrell Bevell Has Hilarious Reaction to Lions Playoff Odds

The Detroit Lions finally have some life after firing former head coach Matt Patricia. Interim head coach Darrell Bevell has been credited by star QB Matthew Stafford for bringing energy to the team that it lacked. However, it may be too little too late, as the Lions are on the verge of being eliminated from the NFL playoffs.
Bevell's reaction to learning his team's minuscule odds to the makes the playoffs is hilarious.
Bevell, told the Lions' playoff chances are at 1%, "So you're saying there's a chance, right? That's why we play these games."

Added, "1%, we'll take it."
It seems as though the interim head coach channeled Jim Carrey's "So you're saying there's a chance?" from Dumb and Dumber without even noticing it. Bevell sounds committed to competing even with the odds stacked against his team, which is admirable.
The Lions earned a clutch 34-30 win over the Chicago Bears in Bevell's first game as interim head coach. In Week 14, Detroit challenged the Green Bay Packers and fell just short, 31-24. It was a performance the team has been capable of, but struggled to live up to under Patricia's poor leadership.
The Lions will face a tough matchup in Week 15 against the Tennessee Titans, and Detroit could possibly be without Stafford after he suffered a rib injury in the last game. The odds reflect this, as the Titans are 10.5-point favorites over the Lions, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.
