The 2020 College Football Playoff announcement was made on Sunday, and the matchups are set. Of course, with the matchups in place, so too are the CFP betting odds on FanDuel Sportsbook.
No. 1 Alabama will take on No. 4 Notre Dame and No. 2 Clemson will take on No. 3 Notre Dame in the College Football Playoff Semifinals.
Here's a look at how the opening College Football Playoff odds line up.
Alabama College Football Playoff Odds
Ahead of its College Football Playoff semifinal matchup against Notre Dame, Alabama is the clear frontrunner to win the National Championship as -150 favorites. Nobody else in the field has better odds than +270.
Clemson College Football Playoff Odds
Clemson's +240 odds to win the National Championship are the second-best among the four teams in the College Football Playoff. They will look for a repeat performance in a semifinal matchup against Ohio State, which is a rematch of last year's game — though this time it's Clemson that comes in as the No. 2 seed.
Ohio State College Football Playoff Odds
Ahead of its CFP semifinal matchup against Clemson, Ohio State has just +590 odds to win the National Championship — third among the four teams in the College Football Playoff.
Notre Dame College Football Playoff Odds
The No. 4 seed, Notre Dame, is a huge longshot to pull off a pair of upsets. They have only +2200 odds to win the National Championship and will have a tall task ahead of them with a CFP semifinal matchup against Alabama.
