This doesn't come as much of a surprise after the news earlier in the week, but Chris Godwin has now been officially ruled out for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers' Week 16 matchup with the Houston Texans.

Breshad Perriman Fantasy Outlook

With Mike Evans already on the shelf in Week 15, Breshad Perriman stepped up in a big way. He played a season-high 89 percent of the team's offensive snaps, turning six targets into 113 yards and three touchdowns. That was up from an 83 percent snap share and 70 yards with a touchdown when Evans first went down in Week 14. With Godwin out, Perriman's role should expand even further.

Justin Watson Fantasy Outlook

Justin Watson gets a nice boost with this news, especially as Scotty Miller has also landed on IR.

Watson stepped up with eight targets when Evans got hurt, but only saw two last week with Miller back in action. His snap share was north of 50 percent in both of those games, and without Godwin and Miller we can expect his target number to bounce back in a big way.

O.J. Howard Fantasy Outlook

Don't count out O.J. Howard, either, as he matched his season high with seven targets while playing his highest snap share since Week 10 (88 percent) in the last outing.

This group also gets a nice boost from this matchup, as the Texans rank only 26th against the pass in Football Outsiders' DVOA metrics.

Accounting for Godwin's absence, our Week 16 PPR rankings have Perriman at WR17 and Howard and TE8.
