Cardinals Being Disrespected by ESPN MLB Power Rankings

The St. Louis Cardinals are playing catch-up on the rest of the MLB after missing a significant chunk of action following a coronavirus breakout, but they're still one of only two teams in the NL Central with a winning record, sitting at 9-8.
Despite owning a winning record (something only four other teams in the National League can boast), they're getting seriously disrespected in ESPN's latest MLB power rankings, checking in at 15th.

That 15th-placed ranking is a step up from 19th the week before, but it's still far too low. That puts the cards immediately behind three teams (the Cincinnati Reds, Colorado Rockies and Washington Nationals) that are sporting losing records.
Sitting one spot behind the Reds is especially insulting considering the Cards just scored three wins in their four-game series against the Reds this weekend, out-scoring Cincy by six runs in the series.
A low ranking made some sense last week, when St. Louis had only just resumed play. But at this point they've clearly established that they're a strong team, and trailing teams with losing records (including one they've dominated head-to-head) is just straight-up insulting.
