The Columbus Blue Jackets are down 3-2 in their second-round Stanley Cup Playoffs series with the Boston Bruins. It's a must-win for Columbus in Game 6 with the Blue Jackets favored at home (-125), according to FanDuel Sportsbook.

As it's always smart to hear what those in the industry have to say before placing a bet, here are some expert predictions for Monday night's game.

Bruins vs Blue Jackets Predictions

TheSpread.com

Derek Patrick, of the TheSpread.com, is picking the Bruins to win Game 6 on the road. Patrick thinks the team's veteran makeup and 5-2 record on the road this postseason should see them through to the Eastern Conference Finals.

PicksWise

The PicksWise staff predicts that the Blue Jackets will defend home ice and force a Game 7 in Boston. They note that Columbus is 5-1 at home during the NHL Playoffs and that the Bruins are 3-7 straight up in their last 10 postseason games as an underdog.

Sports Interaction

Payton Matthews, of Sports Interaction, is predicting a 3-2 Blue Jackets' win to force a Game 7. However, he does note that Boston has won 21 of 26 best-of-seven series when leading 3-2 in the team's storied history.

That's two of three experts picking Columbus to defend home ice while one taking the Bruins to win the series on the road.
