Monday's NBA schedule has four games, including an exciting clash between the New York Knicks and Cleveland Cavaliers. The Cavaliers are a 6.5-point home favorite and the over/under is set at 202 points.

Here's three of the best prop bets for the Knicks-Cavaliers game, courtesy of FanDuel Sportsbook.

Knicks-Cavaliers Prop Bets Tonight

1. Evan Mobley - Points: Under 15.5 (-112)

Evan Mobley has played himself into the conversation for the NBA Rookie of the Year Award. However, this is not a favorable matchup for the former USC standout. The Knicks are giving up the second-fewest points in the paint per game this season (41.6) and allow an opponent shooting percentage of just 44.0% (T-No. 4 in NBA). Mobley has poured in less than 16 points in four of his last six games and is not a threat from beyond the arc. That gives him little upside against a defense that thrives on defending at the rim.

2. Darius Garland - Assists: Over 8.5 (-134)

The Cavaliers look years ahead of schedule in their rebuild and a major reason why is the play of point guard Darius Garland. Garland posted his first triple-double earlier this month and has not stopped dishing out the ball ever since. In fact, the 21-year-old has racked up at least 9 assists in six of his last seven games. Garland has an opportunity to keep his success going against a New York team that is allowing an assist on almost 25% of opponent possessions. Garland's recent play has proven he is capable of performing against any team in the NBA, so back the hot hand here.

3. First Half Spread: Cleveland Cavaliers -3.5 (-112)

This bet comes down to one thing and one thing only. The Cavaliers have been amazing at covering the first half spread this season. Cleveland is 32-14 against the spread (ATS) in the first half of its games this season, which includes a ridiculous 16-5 mark at home. Head coach J.B. Bickerstaff's team also averages the sixth-most first half points per game when playing at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse (57.3). Meanwhile, the Knicks are 19-26-1 ATS in the first half of their games this season and regularly get off to slow starts. Trust the numbers here and bet on the Cavs to be up by at least four at halftime.
