1. Deebo Samuel - Receiving Yards: Over 60.5 (-122)

Sunday night's game should include another big performance from 49ers' leading receiver Deebo Samuel. The third-year pro has eclipsed this mark in three of his five games this season and reached at least 52 yards in the other two contests. The Colts have been stout against the run, which means the 49ers should be looking to throw the ball a ton in this one. Indianapolis is also giving up 13.1 yards per reception to opposing WRs. Overall, Samuel is averaging 10.4 targets per game and gets his starting quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo back this week. Everything lines up for him to hit the over on this prop.

2. Carson Wentz - Passing Touchdowns: Over 1.5 (+154)

Fans looking to get a little extra bang for their buck should target the over in Carson Wentz's passing touchdowns prop. The Indianapolis starter looked horrible to start the season, but he has now thrown multiple touchdown passes in each of the last three weeks. Wentz has turned things around and faces a San Francisco defense that has allowed an opposing QB to toss 2 or more TDs in three of its five games this season. 3. Most Rushing Yards in IND/SF: Jonathan Taylor (-108)

This game is full of big name players, but running back Jonathan Taylor may be the most talented one of them all. The Colts' star back is averaging a ridiculous 5.4 yards per carry this season to go along with 78.7 rushing yards per game. His name sticks out when looking at the odds for top rusher in this matchup. The Colts have posted the best rush defense DVOA rating in the NFL, which gives Elijah Mitchell little room to have a big game. When looking at other possible options, quarterbacks Wentz and Jimmy Garoppolo are not very mobile and have combined for just 100 rushing yards on the season. Taylor is in line to see double-digit carries and should finish on top in this prop.
