With true freshman Bo Nix leading the offense, the Auburn Tigers, the team improved to nine wins last season. While the young quarterback should improve his consistency, the Tigers did lose many key contributors, especially on the defensive side of the ball.
Still, this is a tough team that will look to compete with the top programs in 2020, but it will be no easy task. These are Auburn's three biggest and toughest games of the 2020 regular season, as shown by the odds on FanDuel Sportsbook.

3. Week 12: Auburn (+1) vs. No. 6 LSU – Saturday, Nov. 21, 2020
Auburn will host the reigning national champions toward the end of the regular season, and obviously everyone playing LSU will be circling their matchups with the Tigers on the 2020 schedule. While Joe Burrow left to the NFL, they have Myles Brennan taking over at quarterback, and he is surrounded by playmakers in Ja'Marr Chase and Terrace Marshall Jr., The LSU defense should continue to be solid as well, so Auburn is lucky to at least be hosting them this season.
2. Week 6: Auburn (+7.5) @ No. 4 Georgia – Saturday, Oct. 10, 2020
Former Wake Forest starting QB Jamie Newman transferred to Athens as the likely name to lead the Georgia offense in 2020, and he immediately became a Heisman Trophy candidate by doing so. Kirby Smart is ready to put his strong recruiting classes on display and get over the hump, proving they are capable of winning a championship. Nix and Auburn will need to be sharp to win in Georgia, and any potential mistake will likely be exploited.
1. Week 13: Auburn (+13) @ No. 3 Alabama – Saturday, Nov. 28, 2020
Just a week after hosting LSU, Auburn ends the regular season by going on the road to Alabama. Rough. To little surprise, the Crimson Tide should be returning as one of the best teams once again. They have a quarterback battle between Mac Jones and 5-star freshman Bryce Young, which will be an interesting situation to watch, but they will likely have their team rolling toward another College Football Playoff berth by the time Week 13 comes around, and Auburn will just do their best to play spoiler.
