New Orleans Saints running back Alvin Kamara is an MVP candidate and one of the top fantasy football producers in the NFL. However, Kamara missed practice on Thursday, causing a slight panic for any fantasy manager banking on him to boost their team in Week 11.

However, there's no reason to fret: Kamara returned to practice on Friday ahead of the Saints' matchup against the Atlanta Falcons.

Alvin Kamara Fantasy Outlook

With an off day under his belt, Kamara should be in tip-top shape for Week 11. The running back is coming off of a monstrous performance against the San Francisco 49ers, totaling 34.8 fantasy points (PPR). Kamara found the end zone on two of his eight carries and turned his 8 targets into 7 receptions for 83 yards and an additional TD.

It was a bounce-back game for the running back, who had managed just 15.9 PPR points against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 9.

Kamara will face a Falcons defense in Week 11 that has been tough on running backs in fantasy this season, allowing just 20.81 PPR points per game. However, with the Saints starting a new quarterback in Taysom Hill, Kamara should feature prominently as a main option for the inexperienced QB to turn to, presenting a ripe chance for the running back to see even more targets than he's used to and have another monster game.

Kamara leads all running backs in fantasy production this season, and this latest injury update means fantasy managers shouldn't hesitate in the slightest to plug him into their Week 11 starting lineup.
