It looks like it'll be another week of anxiousness for fantasy managers rostering running back Alvin Kamara as he continues to deal with knee soreness. His outlook remains clouded given no public updates have been made about his status for a Week 11 matchup against the Philadelphia Eagles.

Alvin Kamara Fantasy Outlook

Kamara still ranks as the RB10 in PPR scoring leagues despite missing last week's action and has proven to be one of the most reliable players in fantasy football. He is a workhorse back when healthy for the New Orleans Saints, but it'll be interesting to see what his participation is in practice this week.

Of course, fantasy managers will want to start Kamara if he ends up being active in any form. The Eagles have been gashed by the run week after week and are giving up the eight-most PPR fantasy points to opposing RBs. Just keep an eye on any updates that are released throughout the week.

Kamara checks in at RB6 in The Duel's Week 11 fantasy football rankings.

Mark Ingram Fantasy Outlook

If Kamara is unable to suit up on Sunday, veteran Mark Ingram has RB1 upside once again in a favorable matchup. The 11th-year pro showed he still has some gas left in the tank by racking up 108 total yards on 18 touches and scoring 1 touchdown last week while posting an 85% snap rate.

Overall, Ingram finished as the RB8 in PPR scoring leagues in Week 10. He is the perfect handcuff to have on the roster and a player worthy of trading for if you roster Kamara. It's possible that these two even split the work given Kamara's injury seems to be lingering for longer than originally expected.

Ingram checks in at RB28 in The Duel's Week 11 fantasy football rankings, but that will surely change if he draws another start.
