Alvin Kamara Injury Update Boosts Mark Ingram Fantasy Outlook in Week 11

New Orleans Saints running back Alvin Kamara missed Week 10, thrusting the recently acquired Mark Ingram into a huge role. And this latest report suggests Kamara could be in danger of missing Week 11 as well.

Needless to say, another absence for Kamara would be huge for Ingram's fantasy outlook in Week 11.

Alvin Kamara Injury Update

Kamara missed Thursday's practice after logging a limited session on Wednesday. The fact that he's trending in the wrong direction this late into the week is a bad sign, though he still has a chance to suit up this weekend.

It'll be crucial to monitor his status on Friday.

Mark Ingram Fantasy

Assuming Kamara sits, Ingram has legit RB2 value on Sunday. The Saints will be taking on the Philadelphia Eagles, who have allowed the sixth-most rushing yards in the league and rank below the pack in rush defense DVOA (No. 20).

We just got a taste of what Ingram can do with this backfield all to himself in Week 10. He turned a whopping 21 opportunities (carries plus targets) into 108 yards from scrimmage and a TD.
