Texas A&M vs Alabama Spread 2020
While we are many months away from the matchup, FanDuel Sportsbook has released odds for the game between the Aggies and Crimson Tide, ruling Alabama as the big 13.5-point home favorites.
Alabama is no stranger to turnover, with the program being elite at putting players into the NFL. They still have 12 returning starters, with plenty of other talent on the team to fill the roles left behind. As always, Alabama looks to be among a handful of teams contending for the National Championship, which is why they are such heavy favorites in this game, with much more to play with at the end of the season.
While Texas A&M has a solid squad that is projected to have a solid season, there seems to be a clear separation in talent in the SEC, with Alabama being on the top of this split. Aggies rising senior quarterback Kellen Mond will be asked to take a big step forward, heading into his third year as the starter. This offense should go as far as he can take them, but cards will be stacked against him against this Crimson Tide defense.
There's still plenty of time for things to change between now and this 2020 showdown, but the Tide remain significant early favorites for the time being. Barring any scheduling changes we may see, Alabama is currently set to host Texas A&M at at Bryant-Denny Stadium on Saturday, Nov. 21, 2020.
