San Francisco Giants CEO Larry Baer landed himself in hot water Friday after a video of a public physical altercation with his wife, Pamela Baer, surfaced. However, he certainly didn't help mend this issue with his first response either.

In the video, Baer appears to try and grab a notepad or notebook from his wife Pamela, who noticeably refuses to relinquish it to her husband, Larry Baer. As the two struggle for control over this notebook, Pamela Baer appears to be knocked off the chair she was sitting in by Larry Baer as she screams for help in a physical altercation, eventually hitting the ground.

In an interview with Evan Sernoffsky, of The San Francisco Chronicle, Sernoffsky reports that Larry Baer claims the two had an 'unfortunate public argument,' and that his wife suffered an injured foot after simply falling off her chair.

This claim fails to mention any sort of physical component to this argument, as the two are clearly tangled with one another as Pamela Baer hits the ground.

One thing is for certain, it's a bad optic for the Giants CEO, and this video combined with the questionable level of responsibility Larry Baer claimed in his response are likely just the beginning of something messy here.
