[The Duel will come out with a $10 parlay angle every day, tracking success on a rolling seven-day span. In the last seven days, The Duel staff has gone 1-6 in parlay bets with a -$22 payout differential. This month, we're down $22].

Game 1: Houston Rockets @ Dallas Mavericks +3.5 (-110) - 6:10 p.m. EST

Dallas had two full days off before tonight's game, and they desperately needed that with a couple of banged up players. Unfortunately, Dennis Smith Jr. is inactive for the Mavs, but they still have more than enough firepower to cover the spread against an underperforming Rockets team. Not to mention, Dallas is playing very well at home this season with a 10-2 record.

Game 2Brooklyn Nets @ New York Knicks -2 (-105) - 7:40 p.m. EST

The Nets finally broke their losing streak last night, but they have yet to cover a game (0-6) on the back-end of a back-to-back this season, losing by an average margin of 13.8. The schedule makers did the Nets no favors, as this will be the second time already this season that Brooklyn will be playing at Madison Square Garden on zero days rest -- the Knicks won the earlier meeting in that scenario by 19 points.

Game 3: Miami Heat @ Los Angeles Clippers -9 (-110) - 10:40 p.m. EST

We'll have to wait a bit to close out the parlay but it'll totally be worth it. Miami is basically the walking dead right now with numerous injuries to key players, so look for the Clippers to take it to them early on and never look back. We'll have faith in another Western Conference team with a great home record, as the Clippers are 9-1 at Staples Center this season.
