Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers told reporters on Thursday that he suffered a setback with his injured knee during Sunday's loss to the Detroit Lions.

While he's been dealing with this injury since the season opener, it shouldn't affect his status for Week 6 against the San Francisco 49ers.

Rodgers told reporters he had "kind of a setback last week, the beginning of the week." He added that he hopes to "have a feel-good Friday and a practice [Sunday] and be good to go" for Monday's game against the 49ers.

The good news for Rodgers is that, even with his knee barking, it appears like Davante Adams, Randall Cobb, and Geronimo Allison are all trending toward playing in Week 6. If Rodgers plays, he remains at high-end QB1 and will continue slinging, despite whatever brace he has on his knee this week.
