J,K. Dobbins is one of the top running backs available in the 2020 NFL Draft. The former Ohio State star lit it up in Columbus last season, rushing for over 2,000 yards and 21 touchdowns.

While Dobbins is not expected to be the first running back off the board, nor a first-round pick, he is expected to go at some point in the second round, with plenty of running back-needy teams in the league.

With that in mind, let's take a look at the three most likely teams to target Dobbins in the 2020 NFL Draft.

JK Dobbins Draft Projection

3. Los Angeles Rams

The Rams released their star running back Todd Gurley last month, a move that few thought could ever become a reality. With Gurley now in Atlanta, it leaves the Rams with a hole at running back. They have Malcom Brown and Darrell Henderson Jr. in house, but we're not totally sure they're comfortable with that duo as a long-term solution. Bringing in Dobbins would provide them with another do-it-all back with the potential for some explosive playmaking at the next level. And with a dire cap situation coming their way the next few years, getting a cheaper running back in the draft is by far their best/easiest option.

2. Miami Dolphins

The Dolphins have a ton of picks in this year's draft, 14 to be exact. They also have a ton of holes they need to fill as well. With two second-round picks, it would not be a surprise to see them use one on a running back. Jordan Howard proved last year in Philadelphia he is past his days of being able to carry a full load. While Dobbins seems like he has that potential, it might be beneficial for him to share the backfield in his first season as he gets settled into the league, similar to what Howard did for Miles Sanders in Philly last year.

1. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

The Bucs are in dire need of a starting running back, someone who can come in and be a true potential bell-cow back for them. They will most likely draft an offensive lineman in Round 1 to help protect their new, yet aging quarterback in Tom Brady, but running back could very well be the next thing they address. Dobbins would be a great fit alongside Brady, especially since he has the ability to catch passes out of the backfield, hauling in 23 receptions for the Buckeyes last year.
