2021 NBA Draft Odds: Evan Mobley Favored to Be No. 3 Pick

The 2021 NBA Draft will soon take center stage in the basketball world once the NBA Finals are wrapped up. Big boards are showing up in anticipation of draft day and basketball fans everywhere are buzzing about which potential future star their teams will draft.

While Oklahoma State's Cade Cunningham seems like the surefire No. 1 overall pick, the rest of the top five is still very much in the air.

NBA Draft odds on FanDuel Sportsbook provide some insight on who might be the third overall selection. University of Southern California big man Evan Mobley is the current favorite to go No. 3 overall at -140 odds.

Mobley owns a slight edge over NBA G League Ignite guard Jalen Green (+170) for his odds to land the No. 3 overall pick. Although, Green currently headlines the top odds to be the No. 2 selection in the 2021 NBA Draft. Gonzaga guard Jalen Suggs trails with the third-best odds at +340.

The 7-foot center enjoyed a magnificent freshman campaign with the USC Trojans after taking home a trio of the top honors: Pac-12 Player of the Year, Defensive Player of the Year and Freshman of the Year. The high-flying and athletic center touted a stat line of 16.4 points, 8.7 rebounds, 2.4 assists and 2.9 blocks per game while shooting 57.8% from the field and 30% from deep.

He's got the size and tools to turn into one of the NBA's next superstars, making the versatile big one of the most intriguing players ahead of the July 29 draft.
