The Green Bay Packers will look to extend their winning streak to six games when they take on the Washington Football Team in Week 7 NFL action. FanDuel Sportsbook has the Packers slated as heavy 9.5-point favorites, which means this game could get out of hand by halftime.

If you need some help with your fantasy lineups, here's some start 'em, sit 'em advice for this Week 7 NFC clash.

Ricky Seals-Jones Fantasy

Start Ricky Seals-Jones, TE, Washington Football Team: There isn't too much to be excited about on the Washington Football Team's offense right now. However, tight end Ricky Seals-Jones has been a viable starter since taking over because of Logan Thomas' injury. The fifth-year pro has hauled in 9 of his 15 targets over the last two weeks for 99 yards and 1 touchdown. More importantly, Seals-Jones has played in over 99% of the offensive snaps during that span. With a spread set at 9.5 points, Washington could be playing from behind early in this one. Expect Seals-Jones to see a ton of targets.

Aarons Rodgers Fantasy

Start Aaron Rodgers, QB, Green Bay Packers: Quarterback Aaron Rodgers has been a borderline QB1 this season and draws a perfect matchup in Week 7. Washington has been getting torched by opposing offenses in every facet of the game. In fact, Washington has posted the fifth-worst pass defense DVOA rating this season and is giving up the the most fantasy points to opposing QBs. Rodgers has turned a corner after his poor Week 1 outing, tossing 12 touchdowns compared to just 1 interception over the last five weeks. Fantasy managers can start him with confidence on Sunday.

Taylor Heinicke Fantasy

Sit Taylor Heinicke, QB, Washington Football Team: On the other side, quarterback Taylor Heinicke has struggled to keep his hot start going. The 28-year-old has thrown just 1 touchdown compared to 3 interceptions over the last two weeks. Heinicke also failed to record any rushing yards last week for the first time this season, which limits any upside he has in fantasy football. The Packers aren't the toughest matchup, but they are allowing only 206.5 passing yards per game. That ranks as the fourth-lowest mark in the NFL. This is not the week to slide Heinicke into a starting slot.

Robert Tonyan Fantasy

Sit Robert Tonyan, TE, Green Bay Packers: Talk about a disappointing first six weeks. Tight end Robert Tonyan finished as the TE3 in PPR scoring leagues last season, but has not been able to replicate his success in 2021. The veteran pass-catcher has surpassed 10 receiving yards in just 1 game this season and has seen 4 red zone looks overall (1 touchdown). It's not coming from a lack of reps, either. Tonyan has played in 61% of the offensive snaps this season, which matches his mark from last year. Keep in mind that Washington has given up just 1 touchdown to an opposing TE. It'd be best to keep Tonyan on the bench unless he starts to produce.
