VIDEO: Salvador Perez Caught Napping on Apparent Home Run

Salvador Perez is no stranger to going yard. He had four straight 20-home run seasons from 2015 to 2018, went yard 11 times in the shortened 2020 season and already has 5 homers this year.

But it seems he's become a little too comfortable hitting home runs.

Assuming he had one in the bag last night, he was caught sleeping on the base path and a potential extra-base hit turned into an out.

Of course, Perez did end up driving in the winning run in the bottom of the ninth, so it wasn't long before he made up for the blunder.
