The 2021 NFL season may still be months away, but players know they have to stay active in the offseason. Well, it looks like Cleveland Browns defensive end Myles Garrett has been playing some pick-up basketball to stay in shape and posterizing people while he's at it.

It's safe to say Garrett's opponent did not think he would have to guard a 6-foot-4, 271 pound professional athlete when he woke up that day. The two-time Pro Bowler showed off some impressive behind-the-back dribbling skills before using his insane vertical to rise to the rim and dunk the basketball.

Garrett played basketball during his high school days and has mentioned a couple times how he loves to still take action in the sport. He heads into next season looking to build off his success from last year when he racked up 48 tackles, 12.0 sacks and four forced fumbles in 14 games played.

With the 25-year-old being such a vital part of Cleveland's defense, it wouldn't be surprising if the front office urged him to stop playing basketball due to the injury risk involved. That is especially possible since the Browns have the seventh-best odds to win the Super Bowl at +1600, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.

All thing considered, this just showcases the freaky athleticism Garrett has. If he is running at you at full speed out on the court, it's best not to jump.
