The Minnesota Twins are red-hot right now, having notched five wins in six games last week, including three straight in a sweep of the Cleveland Indians over the weekend.

Despite this, ESPN is still not showing a ton of love to the Twins in their MLB Power Rankings on Monday.

The Twins check in at sixth in the rankings, dropping one spot from where they were before last week's heater. The kicker? They're just one spot ahead of Cleveland despite out-scoring them by eight runs in the 3-0 sweep.

The advanced stats back up the Twins' status as one of the top teams in the majors as well. They sit seventh in the MLB in wins above replacement (WAR) from their position players, as well as second in WAR from their pitching staff.

Behind elite performances like a 2.43 ERA from Kenta Maeda on the mound and a .448 weight on-base average (wOBA) from Nelson Cruz at the dish, the Twins have plenty of ways to beat up on their opponents.

MLB odds on FanDuel Sportsbook are right in line with ESPN's evaluation, having the Twins tied for the sixth-best odds to win the World Series, at +1300.
