Troy Hill Reveals New Browns' Jersey Number

One of the biggest areas for the Cleveland Browns' to address in NFL free agency was their secondary. Besides signing Los Angeles Rams safety John Johnson, the team also stole cornerback Troy Hill from the Rams as well.
Hill recently unveilved the new jersey number he'll be wearing this season for Cleveland.

Hill will rock No. 23, which is a new number for him entering his seventh NFL season.
The defensive back will provide a much-need veteran presence to the Browns' CB corps. Denzel Ward and Greedy Williams have both missed sizable time in their early careers, so having an experienced corner to rely on will be a huge asset next season.
Hill had a career year in 2020, starting all 16 games for the Rams while registering 3 interceptions (including two returned for TDs) and 10 passes defended. He also recorded 2 fumble recoveries and turned one into another defensive score.
His 2020 campaign showed that he's a playmaker, and that's sorely needed in a Browns secondary that was ranked No. 26 by ProFootballFocus last season.
Cleveland currently has the eighth-best odds to win Super Bowl 56 at +2000 on FanDuel Sportsbook, and an improved defense could shoot them up as the 2021 season progresses.
