How Many Seasons Has Tom Brady Played?
Brady announced his retirement after 22 of the most successful NFL seasons in league history. The GOAT made his first NFL appearance during the 2000 season, during a Week 13 game against the Detroit Lions on Nov. 23, 2000. He spent his first 20 seasons with the New England Patriots before the last two in Tampa Bay.
Brady played his last NFL snap on Jan. 23, 2022, during the NFC Divisional Round playoffs against the Los Angeles Rams. Los Angeles defeated Tampa Bay to advance to the NFC Championship Game.

Tom Brady was drafted by the Patriots in the sixth round (No. 199 overall) during the 2000 NFL Draft. He played college football with the Michigan Wolverines.
