The Cleveland Browns have found a lot of success by leaning on their powerful running back duo of Nick Chubb and Kareem Hunt. However, it looks likes the team could be without their starter in Week 6 against the Arizona Cardinals. Chubb missed practice again on Friday due to a calf injury.

The fourth-year pro has yet to practice at all this week and remains questionable to suit up on Sunday. Meanwhile, Hunt returned and is in line to see increased touches if Chubb is ultimately ruled out. This development obviously boosts Hunts' fantasy outlook and makes him a RB1 this week.

Kareem Hunt Fantasy Outlook

It's no secret that the Browns use a run-heavy offense. Cleveland has posted a rushing play percentage of 52.55%, which ranks as the second-highest mark in the NFL. Hunt has played major role in the backfield this season averaging a career-high 5.4 yards per carry through five weeks.

Overall, Hunt ranks as the RB6 in PPR scoring leagues despite only seeing an average of 11.0 carries per game. Chubb averages 18.0 carries and 6.0 red zone touches per game alone. That is a lot of touches up for grabs and Hunt would be the main beneficiary along with backup Demetric Felton.

Hunt draws a great matchup in Week 6 as the Cardinals have been gashed by the run all season. Arizona is giving up the fourth-most rushing yards per game (139.0) in addition to 5.4 yards per carry (No. 31 in NFL). With a spread set at just 3 points, Hunt is set to see carries up until the final whistle.

Simply put, Chubb's absence would cause Hunt's value to skyrocket this week. This is a situation worth keeping an eye on heading into the weekend.
