Nick Chubb Contract Extension: Kareem Hunt Demands Browns Pay to Re-Sign Top RB

The Cleveland Browns have a few contract extensions for big-name players to weigh this offseason. Outside of quarterback Baker Mayfield, running back Nick Chubb is in line for a serious payday following his 2019 and 2020 campaigns.
Chubb is entering the last year of his rookie deal in 2021, and backfield partner Kareem Hunt implored his team to pay up.

Nick Chubb Contract Extension
Hunt simply said "Pay that man" when discussing Chubb's current contract status. The two have become an important part of the Browns' offense, and it's clear they have each other's backs, which is great to see.
The dynamic duo of Hunt and Chubb has given Cleveland a pair of top talents in the backfield to depend on. Chubb ran for 1,067 yards and 12 TDs in 2020 (12 games), while Hunt recorded 1,145 yards from scrimmage (841 rushing, 304 receiving) and 11 total TDs last season.
Chubb recently voice his desire to remain in Cleveland, so it's hard to see the two sides not working something out. Hunt is under contract until 2022 as well, meaning this two-headed backfield attack should wreak havoc on opposing defenses for years to come.
