NBA Most Improved Player Odds: Julius Randle Holds Lead Over Jerami Grant and Christian Wood

New York Knicks forward Julius Randle has continued his rise to hold the lead in the latest Most Improved Player odds at FanDuel Sportsbook.
It's a two-man race between Randle (-155) and Jerami Grant (+145) of the Detroit Pistons. Randle has made a mighty surge since February when his odds were +6500 at FanDuel Sportsbook. Just over three weeks ago he was +480. and trailing Grant and nearly even with Christian Wood (+500). But Randle's surge saw him move up to -130 last week and he's since extended his lead as the -155 favorite.
Randle leads the playoff-bound Knicks (24-23) with career highs of 23.0 points, 10.8 rebounds and 5.8 assists per game. He's hitting a solid 41.9% of his 3-point shots, and has been an effective catch-and-shoot scorer.
Grant has exploded in his first year with the Detroit Pistons, averaging 22.6 points, 4.9 rebounds, 2.8 assists and 1.1 blocks per game. He's making 86.6% of his free throws, but all his efforts have not been enough to keep the Pistons (13-33) out of last place in the Eastern Conference.
Christian Wood (+1400) of the Rockets has fallen back from three weeks ago, while Jaylen Brown (+2400) of the Celtics, Zion Williamson (+2400) of the Pelicans and Zach LaVine (+4200) with his 27 points per game for the Bulls round out the six leading players in the odds.
