Browns Head Into Week 10 Waiting on Solid Kareem Hunt Return Update

It was easier for the Cleveland Browns to get by Kareem Hunt's injury thanks to the presence of two-time Pro Bowler Nick Chubb.
Chubb recently tested positive for COVID-19, though, leaving Browns fans wondering when Hunt will return from his calf injury.
Browns also had another RB, John Kelly, go on the COVID-19/reserve list Monday. So with Kareem Hunt currently on injured reserve due to a calf injury, Cleveland is down to just one running back at the moment, D’Ernest Johnson.

Kareem Hunt Return
The Browns placed Hunt on the injured reserve list on Oct. 18, just days after their Week 6 loss to the Arizona Cardinals. NFL insider Ian Rapoport reported the injury would cost Hunt anywhere from 4-6 weeks, instead of the required three from an IR designation.
Based on that timeline, Hunt could return as early as Week 11 against the Detroit Lions. Cleveland takes on the Baltimore Ravens in Week 12, has a bye in Week 13, and then squares off against Baltimore again in Week 14.
These are all possible return dates for Hunt as the Browns remain quiet on his return status.
It looks like the Browns will be without Hunt in Week 10 when they square off against the New England Patriots. Cleveland enters this matchup as 1.5-point road underdogs on FanDuel Sportsbook.
