There's nothing quite like going to your favorite baseball stadium to watch your favorite baseball team as a young fan of the game. The only thing that could possibly make this moment better is the rare chance the young fan is selected to participate in a promotional contest on the field.

That's exactly what happened with a young Houston Astros fan, six-year-old Oliver.

Oliver was picked for the "steal a base" contest on Tuesday night at Minute Maid Park. This is where the hilarity ensues.

Young Oliver didn't fully understand the assignment. Traditionally, a dummy base is placed somewhere on the field and the contestant is required to run and find the base, bring it back to a designated location in a certain amount of time.

Perhaps he simply misunderstood the assignment, or perhaps young Oliver knew exactly what he was doing. The young fan ran immediately to the middle infield to "steal" the real second base. This also attracted the help of infielders Jose Altuve and Mauricio Dubon.

MLB bases are snug pretty tight into their spots in the infield, and the trio was not able to lift second base from the ground. Eventually Altuve and Dubon pointed Oliver in the right direction as the crowd went wild.

Pretty cool moment for the six-year-old Astros fan, who walked away with the unforgettable opportunity of some one-on-one time with the hometown favorite Altuve.
