The NFL is filled with 300-pound men who can move like they weigh half that. But even among some of the most talented athletes in the world, Cleveland Browns' defensive end Myles Garrett manages to standout.
This period of the offseason is always filled with players posting insane workout videos, but nobody does them better than Garrett. Check out this video the former No. 1 overall pick put on social media.
For the record, that's a 270-pound man making a 64-inch box jump. That's simply outrageous. And in case you were wondering, yes, Garrett can dunk.
The superstar defensive end had a real chance to take home Defensive Player of the Year honors before COVID derailed his campaign. He had 9.5 sacks through 9 games before missing time, finishing with 12.0 in 2020. Garrett has now posted three straight seasons with double-digit sacks.
But if these offseason videos are any indication, the 25-year-old could be poised for a career year in 2021.
