Sean Payton Adding Another Former Saints Coach to Broncos Staff

Sean Payton is officially back in the NFL as a head coach, and ever since he was brought back to lead the Denver Broncos he has been trying to build out his staff. He has yet to find either an offensive or defensive coordinator, but he did fill one role.
Broncos New Coach
On Monday, Payton hired another former member of his New Orleans Saints staff in strength and conditioning coach Dan Dalrymple.

Dalrymple was in the collegiate ranks for 18 years before Payton hired him to be on his original staff as the strength and conditioning coach with the Saints in 2006. Dalrymple was in New Orleans every year with Payton until he left in 2022. Now, Payton has engineered a reunion in Denver.
Dalrymple represents the third ex-Saints staff member to join Payton's new staff. It's hard to argue with Payton hiring so many of his old guys given how successful he was in New Orleans, where he won a Super Bowl during the 2009 season and racked up a .631 winning percentage in the regular season.
If Payton can bring that same level of success to Denver, then surely this Broncos hire will be considered a success.
